Sage serves up a sophisticated ensemble of Californian inspired dishes, including traditional American specialties with a hint of the Mediterranean. Since opening in 2001, this Strip-side restaurant in the Aria Hotel Las Vegas has won numerous plaudits, and deservedly so.
The ambience is elegant and intimate despite the large size of the dimly-lit restaurant floor, which makes it ideal for couples seeking a table for two as well as for larger groups. Those seeking peace and quiet in bustling Las Vegas will be pleased to hear there is no live music here.
Given Sage’s steady following and restricted opening hours, it’s best to book ahead. Sage is open for dinner only and closed on Sunday.
Given the eatery’s quality cuisine, excellent service, and central location, the prices here are very reasonable. And there is more to Sage than its good food. The central bar mixes and shakes its own original cocktail menu which, like the food menu, feels like a breath of fresh air.
